About Vikashalaya
Welcome to Vikashalaya, a unit of ARATI dedicated to creating positive change in the lives of people by aligning with the ways of nature. Established in 2022, Vikashalaya emerged from the vision and passion of Asit Ghosh, an accomplished educator, orator, corporate trainer and wellness coach. He is a man driven by a deep inner calling and a belief that the misalignment with nature is the root cause of all disasters. Recognizing the urgent need for harmony between humanity and the natural world, Asit reached out to various groups and associates, inspiring them to join him in integrating future generations with the ways of mother nature.
Through tireless efforts, Vikashalaya has evolved into a social enterprise and a catalyst for a public movement. Our journey began with the registration of the NGO ARATI (Attitudinal Training and Research Institution) on May 25, 2000. While our initial endeavours focused on raising awareness through a series of national conventions titled ChAABI (Change Attitude and Build India), we faced challenges in establishing an active institution dedicated to implementing our cause.
However, the tides began to turn when a dedicated group of Asit Ghosh’s students, clients, and associates joined forces, giving rise to Vikashalaya as a unit of ARATI in 2022. Our sail, once slow-paced, gained momentum with the revitalization of ARATI’s trust board, which now comprises enthusiastic entrepreneurs, educators, and professionals.
Today, Vikashalaya stands firmly on the ground, driven by a clear vision, mission, goals, and projects. Our vision is to establish a transformative network of Matrikuls dedicated to enabling and empowering children through a unique nature-based development system. Our aim is to foster a new harmonious Human society guided by awakened mentors who emerge regularly from the Matrikuls.
We believe in the power of nature and its profound impact on the holistic development of children. The Matrikuls, serve as a nurturing environment that would unlock the limitless potential within each child, providing them with the tools, knowledge, and experiences necessary to thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Our Matrikuls are more than just educational institutions; they are sanctuaries of growth, wisdom and inspiration. Within these transformative spaces, awakened leaders and mentors are nurtured. These individuals embody a deep connection with nature and possess the wisdom to guide and shape a human society aligned with nature.

At Vikashalaya, our mission is to foster a Nature Integrated Human society, where sustainability, empathy and harmony with nature are deeply ingrained in every aspect of life. Guided by our awakened mentors at Matrikuls, we empower individuals to embrace their innate connection with the natural world, fostering a collective consciousness that nurtures the planet and promotes the well-being of all living beings.
We are dedicated to empowering both adults and youth through a diverse range of certified training programs. Our aim is to cultivate nature-oriented leaders who will champion sustainable practices in various fields of life. By producing trained and effective human resources, we contribute to the development of executives, entrepreneurs, freelancers, care-givers, mentors, and coaches.
Furthermore, our captive leadership body within Vikashalaya conducts periodic programs for non-profit organisations, corporates, institutions, start-ups, and individuals. Through these initiatives, we extend our reach and impact to diverse sectors of society.

Asit Ghosh, an accomplished educator, orator, corporate trainer, and wellness coach, is the managing trustee of Vikashalaya, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating positive change in people’s lives through alignment with nature. With over three decades of experience, Asit has impacted the lives of over 180,000 individuals through his expertise as a motivator, trainer, keynote speaker, and behavioral specialist. His deep inner calling and belief in the harmony between humanity and the natural world have driven him to inspire others to integrate with the ways of mother nature. Asit’s unwavering dedication to personal growth and social empowerment has positioned him as a respected figure in his field.
A multifaceted persona, Neeraj has many dimensions attached to his wings. As an entrepreneur, he heads an IT company and owns a Jewellery showroom. He is also certified diamond grading expert and a qualified Vastu Consultant. Personally he is a humanist and a determined learner. His long association with his mentor Asit Ghosh (managing Trustee of ARATI) and a penchant for contributing in the life of others has brought him in this journey. Neeraj is the oldest Trustee here and has been associated with it from its inception.
An outstanding homemaker and mother, Renu joins her husband Neeraj as a Trustee in ARATI. Her association with Asit has been for nearly three decades. She is a qualified Vasu Consultant and an alumnus of a host of leadership and personal development training courses.
We are delighted to have Renu as a Trustee of ARATI. Alongside her husband Neeraj, Renu brings her exceptional skills as a homemaker and mother to our organisation. Her invaluable association with Asit spans nearly three decades, reflecting her deep commitment to our cause.
Renu’s expertise extends beyond her role as a homemaker. She is a qualified Vasu Consultant, leveraging her knowledge and experience to contribute to the betterment of the community. Additionally, Renu has pursued numerous leadership and personal development training courses, further enhancing her capabilities in creating positive change.
With her wealth of experience and passion for making a difference, Renu plays a vital role as a Trustee in driving ARATI’s mission forward. We are grateful for her dedication and look forward to the invaluable contributions she will continue to make.
A mother, educationist and counsellor, Aditi believes in education beyond bounds and in the fact that ‘there’s no teacher above the universal life force guided by Mother Nature.’
An educational psychologist with an experience of more than a decade of working with young learners. She has worked towards facilitating life skills development among students, helped them overcome behavioural and learning difficulties and thus develop them holistically towards attaining their fullest potential.
Aditi, a mother, educationist, and counselor, is a strong advocate for boundless education and firmly believes in the power of the universal life force guided by Mother Nature as the ultimate teacher.
With over a decade of experience as an educational psychologist, Aditi has dedicated herself to working with young learners. Her focus has been on facilitating the development of essential life skills, assisting students in overcoming behavioral and learning challenges, and nurturing their holistic growth to help them achieve their maximum potential.
Aditi’s passion for education and her expertise in counseling make her an invaluable addition to our team of Trustees. Her unwavering commitment to empowering students aligns perfectly with our mission at ARATI. We are thrilled to have her on board, knowing that her contributions will have a profound impact on the lives of those we serve.
Kapil is an entrepreneur engaged in Technical Textiles, based in Gurgaon, a commerce graduate from Delhi University with over 40 years of work experience in diverse fields. His Vision is to see a Society of Nature integrated humans where people align themselves with the laws of Mother Nature.
Meet Sanjeev Monga, a distinguished trustee of Vikashalaya and a versatile personality with exclusive traits. With an enthusiastic and youthful persona, Sanjeev is a regular golfer and a robust walker with unbeatable records. He has been a successful packaging entrepreneur for 30 years with an unwavering goodwill in his business circles. Sanjeev is also a distinguished leader in BNI, a testament to his leadership skills.
Sanjeev’s countless friends adore him for his simplicity, helping attitude, and down-to-earth values. In Vikashalaya, he is always on his toes with his fellow trustees to carry out all the projects allotted to him.
Sanjeev is a postgraduate from Punjab University and lives with his wife, son, and daughter at Panchkula. With his unwavering commitment to Vikashalaya and his outstanding personal and professional achievements, Sanjeev is indeed a wonderful human being.
